Recipe: Black Bean Dip
Black Bean Dip15 oz. canned black beans (rinsed and drained)1 cup fresh cilantro leaves loosely packed1/2 cup salsa1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt1 tsp. ground cumin1/4 tsp. table saltAdd all ingredients to a food processor and blend until desired consistency.
