I Need a Snack: Cracker Creations

Let me start by saying I am not a snacker. Never have been, never will be. I guess that’s why I surprised myself when I decided to take a stab at reviewing Cracker Creations Garden Vegetable and Parmesan Herb. This is one of those good surprises in food. Seasoned crackers with a cream cheese filling are a good way to hold myself over until the lunch hour. Unfortunately, the Garden Vegetable flavor did not do much for my palate but remind me that I want some garlic in my lunch. The Parmesan Herb, however, did not disappoint with pungent combinations of garlic and all spice permeating the solid cream cheese filling. The whole grain crackers were a good idea as to not make me fill guilty for stuffing myself with cream cheese before I self indulge in more cheese during my lunch hour. Would I grab a pack on the way to work? Um, yeah. A combo of a few of my favorite things makes for a good snack: garlic, cream cheese and whole grains. Now that’s what I call a snack…
