Margarita Part II
1 (12 fluid oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (12 fluid oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
4 egg whites
6 cups crushed ice
1 liter carbonated water
1 lime (sliced)
Coarse salt
In a container, combine lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, powdered sugar, egg whites, and crushed ice and mix well. Cover and freeze at least 45 minutes before serving. Spoon 2 cups slush mixture into blender. Add 1 cup of carbonated water. Blend until frothy. To serve rub rim of glass with lime slice, dip in salt, and fill glass. Garnish with lime slices.
*Johnna’s tip: Cinco de Mayo!! Without the alcohol… Everyone can participate in the drinking festivities of Cinco de Mayo even if you don’t like or drink alcohol. Ole!

During the 2016-2017 football season, Johnna aired on Comcast Sports Mid-Atlantic (CSN) show, Redskins Life, as the weekly tailgate host. Johnna is currently a regular contributor to the FOX Baltimore Weekend morning show.
