Lemon Drop Shots
2 boxes of lemon Jell-O gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups chilled vodka
Add Jell-O to the boiling water in a pot and stir; allow it to cool before adding in alcohol; add in alcohol. Chill in the refrigerator 4-6 hours before serving or until firm. Serve.
*Johnna’s tip: These are great party favors when you have a few guests over this winter. JKGF noticed that when we go out, Lemon drop shots are the common shots that people will buy for the whole gang…so we figured, why not try this at home?? This is the most efficient way to get your lemon drop shots, at home, for a medium-large group of people. Take shots/drink responsibly!
