Warm Apple Cider
1/2 gallon apple cider
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not let mixture boil; pour into your favorite winter mugs:-)
*Johnna’s tip: Sprinkle on some of your favorites such as cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the warm apple cider. After a holiday filled with more alcohol then your body imagined it could consume this recipe serves to offer some detoxification…your body needs it!
