Outback Eating…In the DMV.
I recently took a trip to the outback and truly enjoyed my experience. Oz Restaurant and Bar just released a few new menu items that piqued my interest so I took a trip across the bridge to check them out. Five reasons I will return:
Appetizer:
Brussels Salad
Crispy brussel sprouts, chive bread crumbs, pomegranate seeds, blue cheese, balsamic pomegranate dressing
Entrée:
Scallops
Pan seared scallops, roasted pumpkin risotto, brussel sprouts
Beetroot Cacio e Pepe
House-made beet fettuccine, roasted beets, parmesan, beet chips
Dessert:
ANZAC Ice Cream Sandwich
House-made ANZAC cookies, vanilla ice cream, mixed berry caramel
Cocktail:
Spiced Apple Cocktail
Apple Smirnoff vodka, chacho aguardiente, fresh lime juice, agave, rimmed
