“Good deeds make the heart smile.” -Johnna French
See what newcomer, Silver, is serving up on this Good Deed Tuesday. Happy Tuesday!
Silver, the new restaurant in Bethesda, announced it will hold two fundraisers during the month of September for The Children’s Inn at NIH. In honor of September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Silver will donate 15% of every breakfast check to The Children’s Inn during the entire month when customers mention The Children’s Inn.
An additional fundraiser is planned for Sept. 21 when Silver will partner with Kendra Scott (jewelry retailer in Bethesda) and Bitches Who Brunch. The public can shop at Kendra Scott between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the 21st and a portion of the proceeds will go to The Children’s Inn. Then they can go to Silver for an extended happy hour with $5 happy hour specials and receive two complimentary drinks with a $10 donation to The Children’s Inn.
