The New Way to Cater Your Event.
For those looking to have their next event catered like the cool kids, I suggest you start here. Mess Hall (www.MessHallDC.com), a one-of-a-kind culinary incubator concept based in Washington DC’s Edgewood neighborhood, has launched a catering service. The thing I like about this new concept is that it borrows from all of its talent to make a masterpiece catered event. I am completely over the basic, boring one type of cuisine events. What can you expect from Mess Hall’s new catering service? Deets below:
“Mess Hall Catering harnesses the creative talents of some of Washington’s finest local culinary artisans to provide a completely local and unique craft catering experience. Unlike traditional catering companies, when working with Mess Hall Catering, both corporate and private clients will be supporting a variety of local and independent food entrepreneurs that are members of this unique culinary community. Each event with Mess Hall Catering will be customized and completely original – taking advantage of the wide range of chefs and artisan producers – all of whom currently have their production based out of Mess Hall’s kitchen in the Edgewood neighborhood, or are recent graduates from Mess Hall.”
Mess Hall Catering is comprised of approximately 40 independent food and beverage businesses, including Arepa Zone, Republic Kolache, Sloppy Mama’s, Farm to Feast, Fry Brothers, Westray’s Finest Ice Cream, 5-12 Dessert Boutique, True Syrups, Shrub District and others.
Mess Hall Catering is now available for private and corporate bookings. For sample menus and consultations, please contact catering@MessHallDC.com.
