Blue Waters CS Grill: Where Delicious Food Meets Exceptional Service
A new food option comes to Temple Hills and it is everything you are looking for in a restaurant! I recently visited Blue Waters Caribbean and Seafood Grill conveniently located right off of the highway. When I arrived, I was blown away by the decor and friendly greeting. It may sound small, but let’s face it, service is not always in the forefront these days.

Hand Battered Calamari
Lightly breaded calamari fried until golden brown and finished with cracked pepper
My Review: This was the perfect dish to start out my day. The calamari was cooked to perfection and the remoulade sauce paired with it perfectly. It has been a while since I had calamari that size!
Seafood Bisque
My Review: This is not your average bisque. It was so full of flavor and it was topped with some of the freshest seafood. Can you say, party in your mouth? 🙂
Rude Boy Pasta
Boasting the classical island flavors of sauteed peppers and onions in a mild Carribbean spiced creamy sauce over penne pasta
My Review: This was my favorite dish of the night (although the decision was pretty tight). There is nothing I hate more than dry pasta. This offered the total opposite. It was so juicy and flavorful. And check out the size of that seafood!
Curry Chicken
My Review: You can’t visit the Caribbean without partaking in a little curry. You can’t go wrong with this staple.
Rum Cake
My Review: Trust me when I say this place is worth a “cheat” day so make sure you top your meal off with the rum cake. No dryness here!

I am very impressed with the overall service I recieved at the “BLUE”. From the moment I walked in the restaurant I was welcomed by helpful staff, and great service.The “BLUE”s food matched their awesome service. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was delicious to say the least. I plan to visit Blue Waters CS Grill as much as possible!
