Naples: Montgomery Mall’s New Addition
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Naples Ristorante E Pizzeria E Bar in Montgomery Mall for lunch. We started with appetizers: BURRATA creamy mozzarella, tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil & ARANCINI fried risotto balls, mozzarella, sausage ragu. We did not want to overindulge like we did the previous week at Del Frisco’s Grille, so we made an attempt to order smaller portion sizes. Everything was good so it was nice to have these sample sizes to save room for dessert.
We tried two pasta dishes: CHITARRA thick spaghetti, pomodoro sauce, stracciatella & PACCHERI large macaroni tubes, Neapolitan meat sauce and four different pizzas. My overall favorite dishes was the QUATTRO FORMAGGI & Paccheri pasta. I absolutely could have eaten an entree size of both of these dishes. To finish the lunch we were served Zeppole Di Caterina which is fried ricotta fritters served with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
Located in the food court area, Naples is conveniently close to the new ArcLight Movie Theater. You can stop by Naples for Happy Hour Monday-Friday from 4-6 PM. They offer an Aperitivo Happy Hour (Italian for the word Aperitif) where they offer $6 cocktails and select Italian wines and beers and $7 Aperol Spritz. Complimentary appetizers include a salumi board of cured meats, crostini and Margherita pizza.
