People watching is one the best things about this unsung spot on K Street. Catch 15 is tucked in an almost incognito location that allows for an intimate dinner with a date and/or afterwork drinks. The open-air bar is enticing after a day in the office and has a happy hour offering the ultimate temptation: oysters. The restaurant boasts oysters on the half shell for $1.25 from 4pm-8pm, Monday through Friday. I would keep it simple here sticking with the oysters and a glass of something white and crisp. Absolutely, make sure you snag a seat in the front outdoor seating, this is where all the magic happens.
