Del Frisco’s Grille Does Summer
Del Frisco’s Grille hosted a Summer Kick off Patio Party to showcase new menu items and their newly revamped patio. At the last-minute, I realized that I had my dates mixed up and wasn’t able to join the party but was able to take in the flavors over lunch.
All the stops was pulled out for our lunch. I was throughly amazed at the selection of food and quality of each dish. We started with appetizers that consisted of Guacamole with Tortilla chips, Ahi Tuna Tacos and my favorite, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. We went on to enjoy two flatbread selections: Wild Mushroom with Fontina Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Baby Arugula and Spicy Pork Meatball with Banana Pepper, Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella. With food, comes the alcoholic beverages: White Sangria with Patron topped off with a frozen peach and strawberries popsicle stick is quite the sight for sore eyes. My favorite was the Youth Serum: Kettle Vodka, Cucumbers and Mint. Simple and a classic summer cocktail.
Just when we thought we couldn’t eat anymore dessert was served. No pictures are present of the bread pudding. This is a good thing, it stimulated all my other senses that I forgot to pull out my camera.
