Bethesda Eats: City Perch
If you are looking for a change from the traditional dinner and a movie, you might want to take a trip out to Bethesda. City Perch Kitchen and Bar is located at the new Pike and Rose Center in Bethesda, MD. City Perch has a wide variety of American cuisine, including a raw bar! The raw bar was the highlight for me. I have a weakness for raw oysters, so seeing the huge, wonderful display of oysters atop the crushed ice sold me. Nothing goes better with a great meal like a great drink. While you can’t really go wrong with the house drink specialties, I recommend the Forbidden Garden Margarita. The restaurant overlooks the shopping center and is just steps away from the new iPic movie theater allowing access to slide to the movies after stuffing your face. Another major bonus = The movie theater offers full bar service. Cheers!!!
