An Affordable Chef’s Table…With Six Courses.

We recently visited Fishnet in the Shaw neighborhood for the DC Food Blogger Happy Hour and are pleased to report about their chef’s table.  An.Affordable.Chef’s.Table…in D.C. Unheard of around these parts.  For $55, guests are treated to a six-course seafood heavy feast.  See full deets below:

Fishnet, specializing in fresh seafood served in a casual setting, has added new dates for Fishnook, a chef’s table featuring a custom menu prepared by Fishnet chef/owner Ferhat Yalcin. Reservations are now being taken for Monday and Tuesday nights, January 12-13, 19-20, and 26-27. The dinners run from 7:15 PM – 10:00 PM. Fishnook accommodates parties of two, three or four diners who are able to watch the chef prepare their dinner while they relax in front of the open kitchen.

Fishnook, located at 1819 7th St. N.W. D.C. 20001 in the Shaw neighborhood, offers a set six-course meal, with each course featuring fresh seafood. Please note that there will be no accommodations for food restrictions. The cost is $55 per person plus tax (gratuity not included) plus $25 per person for alcoholic beverage pairing. A credit card for the entire amount will be taken at the time of the reservation. Guests must cancel by noon on the Friday preceding their reservation to get a full refund.
