Brunch This Weekend: Ping Pong’s East West Brunch
Ping Pong Dim Sum has introduced their weekend “East West Brunch”. The popular Saturday and Sunday event will include the usual suspects of unlimited dim sum and brunch cocktails, but adds re-imagined elements of American brunch, featuring classic dishes fused with authentic Chinese flavors. The new collection of dishes, dubbed “China with a Twist” includes chicken and green tea waffles served with ginger and lemongrass infused maple syrup, and a five spice pork belly eggs benedict with sriracha spiked hollandaise.
Guests can also look forward to the addition of sleek gold-mirrored dim sum trolleys that will serve traditional dim sum dishes like steamed buns, baked honey roasted chicken puffs, and steamed dumplings throughout the restaurant for the first time.
“East West Brunch” is available weekends from 11:30am– 4:00pm at both DC locations (900 7th Street NW and 1 Dupont Circle NW) for $36 per person.
