Before I could locate Fat Pete’s BBQ, the aroma found me first. The smell of BBQ permeates the Cleveland Park neighborhood letting folks know there is a new sheriff in town: Fat Pete’s BBQ. It can command this attention with tender brisket and ribs inside those doors alongside the best grits on this side of town. Besides having the BBQ game on lock for the DC area, their drinks are served in Mason jars making my vodka/soda combo a large beverage. #win
