Bergami’s All Natural Pizzas & Salad
Situated in the newly developed Rhode Island Row, Bergami’s fits in perfectly in this new mixed use community. Bergami’s is one of many customizable two-minute pizza shops making an appearance in the Nation’s Capital. I had the pleasure of speak with the operations manager, Paul and discuss this new phenomena of pizza making.
What is setting them apart is that they have a flat rate price for all their pizzas. You can have unlimited toppings or you can keep it simple. The ingredients were fresh and the crust is thin, crispy, and delightful.
Speaking of crust you have a choice of traditional, whole wheat, gluten-free and my favorite no-carb cauliflower pizza crust. Bergami’s no carb cauliflower crust is moist, crispy and healthy. I piled mines up with spinach, mushrooms, chicken and various cheeses. I enjoyed it so much that I wish I could I have one right here, as I sit here and write this review.
