1-1/4 oz. Sobieski Vodka
1/2 oz. Sobieski Toasted Coconut Vodka
2 oz. pineapple juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Directions: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass, add splash of cranberry juice and serve.
*Johnna’s Tip: Toasted coconuts is a true statement when describing the flavors of this vodka. The roasted taste of sweet coconut is not shy in scent or on the palate. Sobieski may be on to something with their organic and gluten free vodka that comes in flavors including raspberry, espresso and vanilla. I suggest garnishing with a slice of pineapple or melon. The summer time is almost here and refreshing cool drinks are on the horizon. Cheers!
