Bidwell Corned Beef Hash
Visiting Union Market on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon is refreshing. Adding Bidwell to the mix has only made it better. Bidwell is the new kid on the block that takes up most of the west side of the Union Market building. With menu highlights such as Irish American onion soup and corned beef hash, it is hard not to stop in here before a quick shopping trip in Union Market. Of course if it’s good in the District, then everybody and their mama is in line to try it. The wait at Bidwell is like no other spot in the District, however, where they kept guests patiently waiting with a complimentary mimosa. What a way to build customer loyalty?! I am fan already.
