Tequila and I decided we were enemies years ago so we usually stay on opposite sides of the room. That was a true statement until Tequila, Partida to be exact, came through my front door and made up. Partida makes tequila less intimidating to the novice connoisseur and is strong enough for the experienced connoisseur to appreciate what it offers to the market. Smooth, with a bite at the throat, Partida Añejo is my personal favorite. Partida Blanco follows in second place offering a blander note that could only be appreciated during a round of shots followed up by a slice of lime.
Tequila can become your friend or your enemy is consumed properly and based on its quality. Long story short: Consume Partida properly and your relationship with Tequila will start off on the right foot.
