Sometimes I forget that food does not have to run me a days check worth and am reminded of this when I visit a spot like Roti. Lunchtime in NOMA has evolved and now is the home of Roti, the Mediterranean Grill that’s fast but good. Roti is an example of fast food that can be quality food and not break your wallet. Perhaps it was the Salmon Salad with a splash of hummus or the fact that I got in and out of there in 30 minutes over a lunch meeting, that aroused my interest in the bustling lunch spot. Whatever the reason, Roti makes one of the top “fast food” spots to visit in the District during the lunch hour.
