There are many days after work where an oyster fix is necessary. Not because of the aphrodisiac aspect, get your mind out of the gutter, but when there are good oysters at bay, there is nothing more relaxing. Pearl Dive Oyster Palace provided this much needed service to me one day after a long, gruesome day. Indulging in the assortment of oysters (they truly have one of the best selections in town), and washing it down with one of those Dirty Martini’s took off the edge of the day. Pearl Dive is one of those places in the District that you should visit at least once for happy hour. Besides having the two for one oyster special from 4 pm-7 pm, their $7 Sobieski Vodka Martinis help with whining down after another day at the Office.
