This past Sunday many celebrated Mexican Independence Day and as is typical of any celebration someone will keep the party going. El Centro D.F. is doing just that by hosting a week long celebration from October 12-16, 2012. Chile En Nogada and Mexican Ponche line the menu alongside none other than plenty o’ Tequila. Chef Richard Sandoval is celebrating with traditional menu specials and a festive decor all week long. Buen Provecho!
