World Tour: International Markets

I spoke briefly on my use of Jamaican seasoning to give my food some Caribbean flare. That post inspired me to go out and see what other ingredient-finds I could stumble upon; however, I didn’t know exactly where to go to do the stumbling. That’s when I decided to search for an ‘international food market.’ You can find these markets all over and they offer a variety of products for different styles of cooking. While I was skeptical of the authenticity of some stuff that I stumbled across, I know that I won’t be able to personally catch a flight to Mexico to get chili pepper anytime soon, so I’ve just decided to accept and appreciate whatever I find. If you, however, are planning to cash in your United Airlines points and pursue some international travel then I would highly suggest visiting any international food markets that you may come across. I’m sure there will be some great finds!
