Food.Fun.Stuff: Whew, 1000!
With the resignation from G Street Food, we are curious to hear more of Baker Mark Furstenberg’s side of the story. Apparently (*we hate to gossip, but…), the owners of G Street and Furstenberg had very different views of the business (*whatever that means…). Furstenberg, who is the creator of Marvelous Market and Breadline, states he would love to “do a really good bakery in the city” and has even peeked @ some locations in Dupont and Logan Circle. Curiosity killed the cat, but we would take that risk to learn why a person whose contract was to end in May has ended @ the beginning of December 2009??…More here.
