Margarita
2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. triple sec
Dash of lime juice
3 oz. sour mix
Salt (to rim the glass) (*Optional)
Ice Cubes
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over the ice; shake well. Salt the rim of a chilled Margarita glass and pour the tequila mixture into the glass with the ice. Serve.
*Johnna’s tip: It’s that time of year again…Cinco de Mayo! Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow and now is the time to start prepping those tequila recipes. Margarita’s will be plentiful tomorrow and you should have a quick recipe on hand if you decide to have a last minute social in honor of the Mexican holiday. Garnish with lime wedges, Enjoy!
