Apricot Slush
1 cup low fat Milk
1/2 cup canned apricots (drained)
1 cup ice
In a blender, combine ingredients over ice; cover and blend until smooth. Serve.
*Johnna’s tip: On a diet or trying to shed a few pounds? Apricots are your friend during this time. They are a great source of Vitamin A, C, E, potassium, iron and beta-carotene. They contain no fat and a small amount of carbohydrates. Incorporate in your breakfast, snacks and desserts;-)

During the 2016-2017 football season, Johnna aired on Comcast Sports Mid-Atlantic (CSN) show, Redskins Life, as the weekly tailgate host. Johnna is currently a regular contributor to the FOX Baltimore Weekend morning show.
