Passion Fruit Mojito
2 parts Malibu Passion Fruit Rum
1 part white rum
1/4 part fresh lime juice
Simple syrup
Club soda
Fresh Mint Sprigs
Ice
Muddle the mint and simple syrup in a glass. Pour rum, freshly squeezed lime juice and shake with ice. Strain into another glass. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with sprig of mint. Serve.
*Johnna’s tip: One more day until Spring officially begins! March 20 is the date marked on the calendar for the beginning of Spring. Though D.C. does not feel like we’ll be seeing dandelions or outdoor lunches soon…a Mojito is a good way to prep for the warm weather that is sure to come.

Johnna is currently a regular contributor to the FOX Baltimore Weekend morning show.
