Michel Richard’s Citronelle lost their sommelier and bar manager on Saturday night. Mark Slater had been at Citronelle for 11 years and he will now be the director of wine and service for all of Michael Landrum’s restaurants (*Ray’s the Steaks, Ray’s the Classics, etc.)
