Banana Blueberry Smoothie
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
5 oz. frozen blueberries
In a blender, add the apple juice and yogurt, the banana and half of the frozen blueberries and blend until smooth. Add in the remaining blueberries and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*Johnna’s tip: Smoothies are the best alternatives to a full breakfast. They are just as filling and sometimes healthier then what you would’ve opted for for breakfast in the first place. Add in another banana if you are a banana lover;-)
