Warm Vanilla Twist
2 cups low fat milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg (for garnish)
Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
In a small pot, combine the milk, sugar and vanilla over medium heat; stir and heat but do not boil. Pour into your favorite coffee mugs and sprinkle the nutmeg on top; stick cinnamon stick in the mugs. Serve.
