Party Life Punch
2 qt. cider
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 orange (thinly sliced)
1 lemon (thinly sliced)
3 sprigs crushed mint
2 qt. ginger ale
1 can frozen limeade
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl; mix well. Serve.
*Johnna’s tip: Now that the holidays are over, we know you are thinking “Why the party punch??” Well, uhh, let’s see: Inauguration is next week (and you know there’s going to be some serious partying for Barack supporters especially in the Nations capitol…), Super Bowl is quickly approaching (this is a good time to start collecting some good non-alcoholic recipes…) and this punch could just be an extra beverage in your fridge (instead of having the same old orange juice and Hawaiian Punch on hand…) More like this to come!
